In 2018 I found myself in an unusual situation, I discovered that you could actually put the TM emoji into any domain name by just adding the letters "tm".

As of today, April 2023 I have registered a large number of keyword + TM emoji dot com domain names.

There is a certain irony in using the Trademark emoji where marketing is concerned as the word "mark" comes into play.
